Favorite thing: Ulitmate Brownie (brownie bottom, mousse middle, ganache top). Follow

 

Maytree Shop (formally known as Chocolate Tree), 123 Bruntsfield Place
artisan chocolates, vegan cakes, gelato, artisan hot chocolate

Favorite thing: 70% Madagascar Hot Chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Follow

 

Aristan Cheesecakes, 104 Bruntsfield Place

Favorite thing: Not applicable because I don’t like cheesecake. (Yes, I know it defeats the purpose but I will get flak if I don’t add this.) If you like cheescake, this place is a must! Follow

Favorite thing: vegan chocolate cupcake, cookie sandwiches. Follow

Favorite thing: crownies (cookie brownies) and salted dark chocolate chip cookies, also sold at Brew Lab and Cult Espresso. Follow

Favorite thing: marshmallow “donut” covered in chocolate. Follow

Little Fitzroy, 46 Easter Road

Favorite thing: peanut butter and jelly cookies and chocolate vegan cake. *Little Fitzroy is a (damn good) coffee shop that gets different treats in daily by a variety of bakers. Everytime I go there, there’s always something beautifully delicious on the counter.

Favorite thing: chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and gingerbread chocolate cookies. SukiBakes supplies baked goods to many places in Edinburgh, and I’m always happy to find one of her cookie creations in Williams & Johnson to eat with my batch brew. Follow
