If you've been following my blog for the past year, you know that I have a passion for health and fitness. If you're new to reading my blog, then you should know that two years ago I started living a healthier lifestyle by lifting weights and tracking what I ate. I weigh 10 kilograms less, I can lift 60 kilograms more, and overall have a much more positive mentality than I did before this lifestyle change.
A few years before we met, Iain was unhappy with his own body image and, thus decided to do something about it on his own. At 20 years old, he had incredible diligence and determination (and an attention-span) to learn absolutely everything about how to live a healthier lifestyle. He taught himself how to lift weights, how to progress with training programs, how many calories he should have daily, and how to track his calories and macronutrients. With this, came great progress and proof that what Iain had taught himself actually works. When I followed Iain's teachings, I, too saw great progress and—to be frank—was shocked at how straightforward the process was.
Iain's passion to help others achieve their own fitness goals has led him to launch Stag Aesthetics. My progress that you've seen on this blog is proof that Iain knows his shit and most of what I post on this blog has been inspired by his teachings.
