Do You Eat to Live or Live to Eat?

Once upon a time, when I was a pudgy, cuddly little girl, my brother announced: "Kelly doesn't eat to live, she lives to eat." He was making fun of me but I agreed, and I still identify with that rule, but here's the problem—I don't know if I want to be someone who lives to eat anymore. 

The Problem With Snacking

When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, snacks don't really fit into the plan. First, it's unlikely your snack will fill you up, therefore you're left unsatisfied and will either continue eating or eat more in another hour or so. Second, there are a lot of calories in snacks. This post will explain what I mean in detail. 

Cutting for the Spring

I am sure everyone can feel my pain around Easter when every grocery store is lined with chocolate eggs. In March I could not resist a creme egg or two, or three and I was going to Rome so I told myself Eh, I'll cut after I get back. In Rome I ate a lot of gelato and pizza, which I do not regret at all, but on the flight home I had the promise I made to myself to get strict looming over my head.
